Sigma Engineered Solutions, PC has provided consulting services for educational buildings at UNC-Chapel Hill, NCSU, Oklahoma State University, and Clemson University. Work includes research laboratories, classroom buildings, and athletic facilities.
Institutional & Corporate Buildings
Sigma Engineered Solutions, PC provided shell and core design, as well as tenant upfit for multiple Class A office buildings in the Raleigh/Durham area.
Studies, Reports and Due Diligence
Sigma ES is providing due diligence reports for buildings in Albuquerque, NM; Philadelphia, PA; Detroit, MI; and Portland, OR for a national real estate investment company. Sigma has also provided feasibility studies for AC upgrade at UNC-CH's Fetzer Gym, County of Wake Firefighters Training Facility, and the Dental School Office Building at UNC-CH. Sigma has also provided a feasibility study for installation of solar panels to heat Kessing Pool, an outdoor pool facility at UNC-CH.

Sigma has two LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
